Zadlo Images

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 5, 2026

This policy explains how Zadlo Images (Patrick Zadlo) handles information when you visit zadlo.com. This is a small photography business, not a big company, so we keep things simple and only collect what we need.

What we collect

Contact form. If you reach out to book or ask a question, we receive the details you submit: your name, email, preferred contact method, optional phone number or Instagram handle, session date, message, and how you heard about us. Submissions are sent through Formspree, which delivers them to us by email.

Site preferences. If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is saved in your browser (local storage) so the site remembers your preference next time.

Hosting. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process basic technical data (like IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and online. We do not use that data for advertising.

What we do not do

  • We do not run Google Analytics, ad pixels, or other marketing trackers on this site.
  • We do not sell your personal information.

How we use your information

We use contact form details only to:

  • Reply to your inquiry
  • Discuss or schedule a photography session
  • Follow up about a booking you asked about

We do not add you to mailing lists unless you ask us to stay in touch.

How long we keep it

Inquiry emails are kept as long as needed to respond and handle any booking. If you want us to delete your message or contact details, use the contact form and we will remove them.

Our site may link to social profiles (like Instagram or Facebook). Those sites have their own privacy policies; we do not control them.

Your choices

You can:

  • Ask what we have: use the contact form and we will tell you what contact info we still have from you.
  • Ask us to delete it: we will delete inquiry emails and related details when you ask, unless we need to keep something for a legitimate reason (for example, an active booking).
